![]() Cartoon: First Baptist Church of Kenner To most Americans, Easter is synonymous with marshmallow Peeps, Cadbury eggs and bunnies. But behind all the cheerful pastel decorations lie lessons of death...and new life. Two days ago (many, many years ago), Jesus Christ experienced excruciating physical and spiritual pain when He was crucified. Today, He rose from the grave to conquer that little problem, called sin. He saved me from myself. What does this mean for me? God loves me just the way I am. I don't need to do any external things to feel like I'm a person of worth. Thank you God. These things can be true for you too if you choose to believe! posted by Jessica at 8:04 PM | 0 comments |
