First I start with chewy almond macaroons. ![]() Then I take luscious homemade fudge sauce... ![]() ...spread a generous amount on a cookie... ![]() ...and sandwich them together. ![]() The cookie has a crackly exterior and moist, chewy insides. The rich chocolate filling nicely counterbalances the sweet macaroon. Best of all, these cookies are low-fat and all natural! There are no artificial flavorings or preservatives. Plus, almonds are high in protein, vitamin E and cholesterol-lowering monounsaturated fats. Several people have said these are their favorite cookies ever. One batch has about one dozen sandwich cookies (technicially that's 24 cookies!) and is only $5. This is a great deal, considering what you pay for your favorite treats. $5 in Manhattan will buy you:
If you would like to place an order, please visit the Su Good Sweets web page. I also do custom orders. In my repertoire are chewy chocolate chip cookies, fudgey brownies, biscotti, natural nut butters, crispy pita chips and just about anything else you can think of. Most of these treats can be made low-fat, and you won't be able to tell the difference! Whether you've got the munchies, want a sweet indulgence, are trying to eat healthy, need to bring food to a gathering, or want to give a unique gift (hint hint, the holidays are coming!), Su Good Sweets really is suuuuuuuuu good! Special thanks to my room mates, Grace and Christine, for their support! posted by Jessica at 1:01 AM | 1 comments Hey! You can give my order to CK...I can arrange to see her this Sunday. The macaroons look GREAT!!! By Anonymous, at 12:40 AM |
